CWB Board Meeting Package – July 2023

Orientation to Cowichan Watershed Board Meetings - All Welcome! 

• Date: Last Monday of the month from 9:30-11:30am.  No meeting in August or December.
• Location: varies between zoom and Duncan venues. The July meeting will be held in the Siem Lelum gym Dining Hall on Cowichan Tribes reserve in Duncan. 
• Coffee Time: Everyone is welcome for casual conversation from 9-9:30am to connect on your watershed questions or projects before the Chair calls the meeting to order.  On Zoom meetings, everyone will be designated 'presenter' status to enable two-way  communication. Once the meeting begins, mics and cameras will be active for Board members and presenters only.
• Public Input: Anyone who would like to comment on an item on the agenda, or share relevant news from your organization within the Public Input time slot on the agenda is encouraged to do so. For Zoom meetings, advance notice is required by the Friday before the meeting. Please email jill@cowichanwatershedboard.ca to book your speaking time. During in-person meetings, please raise your hand to be recognized by the Chair.
