Cowichan Watershed Board Meetings

• Date: Last Monday of the month from 9:30-11:30am.  No meeting in August or December.
• Location: varies between zoom and Duncan venues. Please check the top of the agenda for location.  Email jill@cowichanwatershedboard.ca to request a zoom link.
• Coffee Time: Everyone is welcome for casual conversation from 9-9:30am to connect on your watershed questions or projects before the Chair calls the meeting to order.  During this time, everyone is designated 'presenter' status within Zoom to enable all mics and cameras. Once the meeting begins, mics and cameras will be active for Board members and presenters only.
• Public Input: Anyone who would like to comment on an item on the agenda, or share relevant news from your organization within the Public Input time slot on the agenda is encouraged to do so. Advance notice is required by the Friday before the meeting. Please email jill@cowichanwatershedboard.ca to book your speaking time.
