CSRT Meeting – 16 Jul 2015

Hi Everyone, Parker, Don and I are excited to invite you to our next Roundtable meeting, an outdoor one!!!!

When? Thursday, July 16, 10 to 1, Lunch provided, please feel free to arrive earlier
Where? Stoltz Pools Picnic site, Cowichan River Prov. Park (day use area), Riverbottom Road. Click here to download map.

What? Start out with a short session to hear Brian Houle's report and other critical information. Followed by presentations on traditional fishing methods and Cowichan Tribes concerns, fish salvaging, the Stoltz bluffs restoration project, nature walk

Food: this is not a potluck, we want to make it easy for those of you travelling from afar. Joe Saysell will be bringing samples of game meat to share, thanks Joe! Parker and Genevieve will organize salad, burgers, etc. Offer of a barbecue would be great. Donations of food or a few bucks each would be appreciated. Please let Genevieve know if you wish to bring something. No obligation and NO STRESS!!Bring: walking shoes, dish, cutlery and coffee cup. water bottle, Extra dishes, etc will be available.
