Cowichan-Koksilah Forest Hydrology Workshop

The Cowichan Watershed Board is hosting a workshop to better understand the current science regarding the relationship among climate change, hydrology and forest management in the Cowichan/Koksilah watershed.

You are invited to come and learn and participate.

Workshop Purpose

To build a shared understanding of:

the interplay between forest management practices and the health of the Cowichan/Koksilah watershed,
the anticipated impacts of climate change on forests and watershed hydrology, and
wise forest management practices to ensure positive outcomes for water and water resources.
Format: Presentations/panel with technical experts and discussions. Lunch included.
